How we use information

• Measure which campaigns or pages lead to inquiries, including OpenAI Ads conversion measurement.
• Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve Shipworx-managed services.
• Investigate security or confidentiality concerns and maintain required compliance records.
• Meet contractual and legal obligations.

Service providers and disclosure

Shipworx may use service providers for hosting, email delivery, abuse prevention, authentication, advertising conversion measurement, AI processing where part of an approved service, and security or compliance operations. Shipworx may also disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect its services or users.

For OpenAI Ads conversion measurement, Shipworx may share a one-way hashed version of a submitted email address and a privacy-preserving ad-click identifier. Shipworx does not send OpenAI the submitted workflow description, raw email address, name, company, or role for this measurement.

Shipworx does not sell personal information submitted through its support or pilot communications.

Retention and protection

Shipworx retains information only as reasonably necessary for the service, support, security, compliance, contractual, or legal purpose for which it is handled. Shipworx uses administrative and technical controls intended to protect confidential information, while no method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure.
