Terms of Use
These terms apply to use of the Shipworx website and any Shipworx-managed pilot service that links to them. A signed agreement or order form controls if it conflicts with these terms.
Permitted use
You may use this site and an authorized Shipworx-managed pilot only for lawful business purposes and within the access and workflow permissions Shipworx provides to you.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and use only accounts or workflows you are authorized to access.
- Protect credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorized access or security issues.
- Do not misuse a service, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt operation, or submit unlawful content.
- Do not submit confidential, regulated, or third-party information unless your agreement and the service workflow permit it.
Confidentiality and data
Each party remains responsible for confidential information it provides or receives. Shipworx handles information as described in its privacy policy and in any applicable signed agreement. You are responsible for having authority to submit information to a Shipworx service.
AI-enabled assistance
A Shipworx service may use AI-enabled processing when described for that workflow. AI-assisted results should be reviewed by an appropriate person before they are used for consequential business decisions.
Ownership and feedback
Shipworx retains its site, service, documentation, and underlying technology. Subject to applicable agreements, you retain rights in content you provide. Feedback may be used to improve Shipworx services without obligation to you.
Availability and warranty
Unless a signed agreement states otherwise, this site and any pilot service are provided without a service level commitment or warranty. Shipworx may modify or discontinue a pilot or restrict access to protect security, confidentiality, or lawful operation.
