Contact support
Email hello@shipworx.ai with your organization name, the affected Shipworx service, and a short description of the issue.
For SignupAssist pilot questions, include the name of the workflow you were invited to use. Do not email passwords, API keys, payment card details, or other secrets.
Security and privacy requests
- Suspected security or confidentiality issue: email hello@shipworx.aiwith "Security report" in the subject.
- Data access, correction, or deletion request: identify the request in your email without sending sensitive attachments unless requested through an approved channel.
- Service disruption: include the affected service, time observed, and non-sensitive error details.
